Corporate Meeting Room Digital Transformation at Türasaş

Summary

TÜRASAŞ carried out a digital transformation project in partnership with ViewSonic and X Teknoloji to turn its corporate meeting room into a more modern and efficient work environment. In the project, a 136-inch ViewSonic LDM136-151 All-in-One Direct View LED display was used to present technical presentations and corporate content on a single, seamless display area. Integration with ViewSonic Manager enabled the display to be managed centrally and remotely, increasing operational efficiency.

Challenge

TÜRASAŞ's meeting room hosted a range of different usage scenarios, such as corporate meetings, technical evaluations, project presentations, and decision-making processes. In these processes, it was highly important that tables, technical drawings, reports, and visual content could be followed by all participants clearly, seamlessly, and at the same time. The existing display infrastructure, however, could not deliver adequate performance given the size of the meeting room and its usage needs.

For this reason, the project aimed not just at a bigger display but at an integrated display solution that fit the corporate environment. Presenting different content types effectively on a single, seamless surface was prioritized. In addition, the ability to manage the display centrally and remotely stood out as an important requirement that would ease the technical team's maintenance and management processes and help keep the meeting room always ready for use.

Solution

A 136-inch ViewSonic LDM136-151 All-in-One Direct View LED display was positioned as the meeting room's main display solution. Thanks to the seamless LED display structure, presentations, reports, tables, and technical content could be shared on a single large display area while being clearly followed from different points in the room. The large screen surface supported participants working simultaneously on the same content, making meeting, evaluation, and decision-making processes more efficient. The All-in-One design offered a professional and orderly appearance that fit the corporate character of the meeting room.

Supported by ViewSonic Manager, the solution enabled the display to be managed centrally and remotely. The technical team became able to perform basic display management tasks through a single platform without the need for physical intervention. This made it easy to monitor the display's status while carrying out necessary management tasks more quickly and efficiently. The centralized management structure made it easier to keep the display ready for use ahead of meetings, while also contributing to more controlled management of operational processes.

Result

As a result of the project, TÜRASAŞ's corporate meeting room gained a large-format, seamless display infrastructure with the 136-inch ViewSonic LDM136-151. Presentations, technical reports, tables, and other visual content became shareable effectively on a single display, while participants at different points in the room could easily follow the content. Information sharing in meetings thus became smoother and more efficient. This structure delivered a more efficient meeting experience supporting joint evaluation and decision-making processes.

The professional design of the All-in-One LED display strengthened the corporate look of the meeting room, while the remote management provided by ViewSonic Manager simplified the display's technical administration. The technical team became able to carry out basic management tasks more controllably through a central platform. In this way, TÜRASAŞ combined large-format display technology with centralized device management to create a modern, efficient, and future-ready meeting environment.
