ViewSonic Launches myViewBoard Virtual Classroom for Distance Learning

BREA, CA (March 31, 2020) – ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solutions, announces myViewBoard™ Virtual Classroom – a virtual classroom solution that provides a secure, manageable, and engaging platform for teachers and students to teach and learn remotely. myViewBoard Virtual Classroom, a new service within the myViewBoard ecosystem, was designed to help more than 1.5 billion students who are currently at home struggling to adapt to a new learning environment.
The myViewBoard ecosystem delivers a complete suite of tools that make content creation easy and intuitive for educators. Now with the myViewBoard Virtual Classroom, teachers can video chat and share lessons with students. The new Virtual Classroom works with Google and Microsoft single sign-on, ensuring that remote lessons are only attended by those with permission to do so. Teachers retain control of students within the virtual classroom and can manage who and when students speak, and who may display their screens to the class. myViewBoard Virtual Classroom allows real-time annotation and quizzes; and its remote group work features are included to encourage and boost student engagement.
