ViewSonic Highlights Collaboration Solutions at FETC 2016

ViewSonic’s Award-Winning Monitors and Large Format Interactive Displays Present Teachers with Next-Generation Tools to Engage Students
Orlando, FL, FETC, Booth #723 (Jan. 13, 2016) – ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solution products, will showcase its award-winning display solutions and technologies at the FETC Education Technology Conference, January 13-15, 2016 in Orlando, FL. As interactivity and collaboration becomes a large part of curriculums, ViewSonic’s monitors, displays and interactive software solutions provide classrooms with the tools that build a technologically advanced classroom where students and teachers create, communicate, and collaborate.

With interactive large format displays including the 70-inch CDE7060T, 65-inch CDE6560T and 55-inch CDP5560-L, ViewSonic will demonstrate in-room huddle space collaboration through its interactive ViewBoard 2.0 education software and Mersive’s Solstice™ collaboration software. These displays can be utilized in Android-, iOS- and Windows-based classroom settings.
The STEM station promotes hands-on activity by combining ViewSonic’s large format displays with professional-grade monitors and 3D printing and scanning tools. The ultra-high resolution VP2772 display and high-performing Ultra HD LED VP2780-4K are 27-inch monitors that deliver premium color accuracy and stunning picture definition for applications such as graphic design, CAD renderings, editing and other areas where performance and details are not just needed, but required for content creation.
The ViewSonic® booth at FETC will feature a special speaker. Shaelynn Farnsworth is a Google Certified teacher with a specialty in literacy, technology and school improvement and will be sharing her expert tips on learning spaces for 21st century classrooms. Farnsworth will speak in booth #723 on Thursday at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, and 2:45, as well as on Friday at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30.
