OFFICIAL RULES FOR “VIEWSONIC REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM SWEEPSTAKES” (U.S.)

Your participation in the ViewSonic sweepstakes described below (the “Sweepstakes”) confirms your agreement to be bound by these official rules (these “Official Rules”).  

Sponsor: The “ViewSonic Rewards Loyalty Program Sweepstakes” is sponsored by ViewSonic Corporation (“the Sponsor”), Ten Pointe Drive, Ste 200, Brea, CA 92821.

Description: The Sweepstakes commences on September 3, 2025 and closes as of 11:59pm Pacific Time on October 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes offers participants the opportunity to win a specified prize.

Eligibility and Rules: 
Sweepstakes Rules – No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes commences on September 3, 2025 and closes as of 11:59pm Pacific Time on October 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Open only to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To enter, Participants must do the following during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Sign up to become a member of the ViewSonic Rewards Program, free of charge (Mandatory) (10 entries); and
• Visit the ViewSonic Loyalty landing page (5 entries); or
• Leave a product review (10 entries); or
• Answer the following Question: What do you do for a living, and how can ViewSonic help improve your setup? (5 entries); or
• Answer the following Question: What is your dream ViewSonic setup? (5 entries); or
• Take the Quiz: What are the ways you can earn points in the ViewSonic Rewards Program? (5 entries).

Prize:

Limit One (1) Prize per person. This Sweepstakes is in no way affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any third-party social media platforms. Valid Entry must meet all Sweepstakes requirements and Gleam.io terms of service to be eligible. The Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received through the Gleam.io platform during the Sweepstakes Period to win the specified Prize.  All Entries must be submitted and received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Employees of ViewSonic Corporation, and each of their respective agents and immediate families are not eligible. ViewSonic assumes no liability for lost, mutilated or misdirected Entries. All incidental expenses and taxes not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize must be claimed within seven (7) days of winning. Unclaimed Prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner. Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. The winner will be selected on or after the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, phone or e-mail. Void in Quebec, Arizona, Rhode Island, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without completing online tasks, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, and mailing address to: ViewSonic Corporation, Attn: Marketing – Sweepstakes Entry, 10 Pointe Drive, Suite 200, Brea, CA 92821. One entry per person per week. Entries must be received by the applicable weekly deadline. Limit One (1) Prize per person. CONTACT PREFERENCE: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to receive promotional emails, newsletters, or other marketing communications from ViewSonic Corporation, subject to ViewSonic’s Privacy Policy. Participation also constitutes consent, except where prohibited by law, to the use of the entrant’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, photograph, and testimonials for advertising and publicity purposes by ViewSonic, in any media and format, without further compensation. Sweepstakes winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. U.S. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Sweepstakes is void in Arizona, Rhode Island, and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant(s) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that he or she may win, entrant(s) agree to release the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator; their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals' respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of California. This Sweepstakes is subject to Canadian federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
