The latest development in LED packaging technology, Chip-on- Board (COB) LED panels feature multiple LED flip chips bonded directly to the substrate without bonding wires. Compared to Surface Mounted Device (SMD) technology, COB LEDs provide ultra-fine pixel pitch, enhanced resolution and higher luminous efficiency with less power consumption.
