RMA Support

If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ViewSonic will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product.

This involves designing products with easily replaceable components, partnering with electronic repair and refurbishment specialists, and offering extended warranty periods. We stock spare parts for 7 years from production, providing easy access to components needed for repairs. Through these initiatives, we empower our customers to make sustainable choices.
