ViewBoard® Series Identification
ViewBoard interactive displays come in a variety of shapes and sizes to fit the unique needs of schools, classrooms and teachers. With so many options, you might not know exactly which model you’re using. We can help. Use the quick guide below to easily identify your specific interactive display.
Identification via Model Number
Each display within a series can be of a different “generation”. For example IFP50-3 would be a third generation, IFP50-5 would be a fifth generation and so on.
If you are unsure of which generation ViewBoard you have, “IFPXX50-3” will be part of your device’s model number, where “-3” represents the generation. You can find the model number via any of the following ways:
- The model number is shown in the top right corner of the serial number label on the right side of the unit
- Go to Settings > System > About device > Model number
- Select your device within the ViewSonic Manager™ software and the model number will appear in the Device Info section
