Background Yaşar University partnered with ViewSonic and Info Cube to upgrade the display infrastructure across its learning and presentation spaces. The project deployed 75-inch, 86-inch, and 98-inch ViewSonic IFP51 Series interactive displays, complemented by the myViewBoard ecosystem and ViewSonic Manager for centralized device management. The result was a more interactive, efficient, and future-ready education technology infrastructure that supports both teaching and IT operations. With this technology upgrade, we created a more standardized, interactive, and user-friendly environment across different learning spaces. While myViewBoard supports teaching and learning processes, ViewSonic Manager simplifies the centralized and remote management of displays. Challenge Yaşar University required a scalable display solution that could accommodate learning and presentation spaces of different sizes and usage scenarios. The university also aimed to provide academics with a consistent user experience, making it easier to integrate digital content and deliver interactive lessons across all learning environments. Each space required a display size suited to its physical layout and viewing distance. At the same time, the university needed a centralized approach to remotely manage displays and reduce the IT team’s operational workload. A unified technology ecosystem was also important to standardize both teaching and device management processes across campus. By bringing together hardware, education software, and device management within a single ecosystem, the new infrastructure was designed to support both current requirements and future expansion. Solution A scalable solution featuring 75-inch, 86-inch, and 98-inch ViewSonic IFP51 Series interactive displays was designed to meet the needs of Yaşar University’s diverse learning environments. Display sizes were selected according to each space’s layout, capacity, and viewing requirements, while the myViewBoard ecosystem enabled academics to create, present, and deliver interactive digital lessons. This ensured that every learning space was equipped with the most suitable solution, providing a consistent and engaging teaching experience across campus. The scalable approach also allows the university to adapt easily to future educational and technology requirements. The solution was further enhanced with ViewSonic Manager, enabling centralized remote management of displays across campus and reducing the IT team’s operational workload. Using a single display family across different spaces standardized the user experience while simplifying deployment and maintenance. By bringing together hardware, education software, and device management within one integrated ecosystem, the university established a flexible, efficient, and future-ready education technology infrastructure. Result Following the technology upgrade, Yaşar University deployed 75-inch, 86-inch, and 98-inch ViewSonic IFP51 Series interactive displays across its learning and presentation spaces, creating a modern and scalable display infrastructure. Supported by the myViewBoard ecosystem, academics can more easily create, present, and interact with digital content, enabling more engaging and collaborative learning experiences. The standardized platform also delivers a consistent user experience across campus. ViewSonic Manager enabled centralized remote management of displays, helping reduce the IT team’s operational workload and streamline daily device management. By combining hardware, education software, and device management within a single ecosystem, the university established a flexible, efficient, and future-ready education technology infrastructure that can easily support future expansion.
