Delivery & Collection
Your new ViewBoard must be delivered between 1st October to 31st December 2020, and you must apply within 30 days of purchase along with the proof of purchase.
You must keep your old equipment safe until we can arrange collection. Delivery and collection times are just estimations and not guaranteed.
Note:
Ten working days’ notice must be given if there are any site access requirements. Units will be delivered to and collected from the ground floor only unless special prior arrangements are made. Any failed delivery or collection where ViewSonic or the logistic company are not at fault, you will be required to pay a £150 charge.
