We are pleased to introduce our Advanced Replacement Warranty, available across the majority of our product lines. Please refer to the table below for full details. This Advanced Replacement Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

ViewSonic warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, which varies by product category.
If a product proves to be defective during the warranty period, ViewSonic will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with the same model or a model of equal or greater value. Replacement products or components may include refurbished or remanufactured parts.
This warranty is provided in addition to and does not exclude or limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by local law, this product is provided “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether oral or written, express or implied. ViewSonic specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the Advanced Replacement Warranty program, replacement products are typically shipped directly to the customer following verification of warranty eligibility. Faulty products may be disposed of through approved e-waste recycling by customer unless return or collection is specifically requested by ViewSonic.
Warranty service does NOT include onsite labour, product removal, installation, re-installation, configuration, alignment, or system integration services unless expressly stated within the applicable product warranty terms.
This is subject to any obligations required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where return or courier collection is requested by ViewSonic, the customer is responsible for securely packaging the product and making it available for collection at ground level, preferably using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
ViewSonic’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. ViewSonic shall not be liable for:

Software not pre-installed by ViewSonic is not covered under product warranty. ViewSonic assumes no responsibility for customer-installed software or any consequential damage arising from such installations.
Customers are encouraged to back up all data prior to service. ViewSonic will not be responsible for data loss under any circumstances.
Any software pre-installed on the product is warranted only as originally configured at the time of shipment. ViewSonic does not warrant issues arising from subsequent software updates, upgrades, or compatibility with third-party applications or operating systems.
