ON-SITE REPAIR SERVICE
With our on-site repair services, a technician will be on-site to repair your product in 3 days or less from when the issue was first reported.*
*Within 3 business days from diagnosis; Based on customer availability. All displays 42" and larger will receive on-site service in the U.S. and Canada.
WHITE GLOVE REPAIR SERVICE
Our White Glove repair service enhances our on-site repair services by including the unmounting and/or remounting of a faulty unit. A service technician will unmount, repair, and remount the serviced unit to its original location.*
* Standard installation up to 10-feet above the floor.
