The 5-year warranty starts on June 1, 2024.
All ViewSonic monitors in the VG series (business monitors) purchased from June 1, 2024, onwards will receive a 5-year warranty.
ViewSonic guarantees that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period, ViewSonic will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a similar one. The invoice date determines eligibility for the 5-year warranty. Since your invoice date is before June 1, 2024, the 4-year warranty still applies.

To protect you even further, ViewSonic now offers an extra 2-year warranty in addition to the standard 3-year product warranty on selected monitors in the UK.

The warranty extension is only valid for eligible products purchased in the United Kingdom and strictly for personal or business use. To claim the extended warranty, customers must register within 90 days after purchasing the product. Please check our Terms and conditions for more detail.

ViewSonic reserves the right to reject claims that are lost, late, damaged, misdirected or delayed in the post. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery. We recommend customers submit the claim via our contact page.
ViewSonic is not liable for any technical issue relating to hardware, software, server, internet, or website that prevents the customer from registering the warranty extension or claim.
ViewSonic reserves the right to review all requests to ensure the terms and conditions are met and will request additional information if necessary regarding claims and supporting documents.
All materials submitted for the warranty extension will be the property of ViewSonic and cannot be returned.
Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent claims will invalidate the product warranty, and ViewSonic will reserve the right to make any prosecution necessary.
