What to do if there is spot on the projected image?

1.If spot is only visible when projected image in defocus, it would not impact usage.   2.If spot is visible when projected image in focus, please contact ViewSonic Service center for help.

Why Can't I Power Off the Projector via its Remote Control?

Make sure that you have set it to its native resolution. Check the user guide to determine what the native resolution of the display is and set it to the native resolution if  the video source that is being used can support it.
