Why can't I cast streaming video from a Windows device?

vCastSender for Windows uses a screenshot-based method to capture and cast screen content, which works well with most applications.  However, if the content from third-party applications is encrypted (e.g., video files, streaming content, digital rights-managed material), vCastSender cannot cast it due to copyright restrictions.

Is it possible to display the resolution at 800x600 on whole screen with the same image quailty?

To obtain better image quality, please set the resolution at least at 1920x1080.
