  2. To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide:
    • Purchase invoice
    • Your name
    • Your address
    • The serial number of the product
    • A description of the problem
  3. Take or ship the product prepaid in the original packaging to your ViewSonic dealer, any ViewSonic service center or ViewSonic.
  4. For additional information or the name of the nearest ViewSonic service center, contact your ViewSonic dealer or ViewSonic.
