When does the 5-year guarantee start?
The 5-year warranty starts on June 1, 2024.

Which models are included in the warranty?
All ViewSonic monitors in the VG series (business monitors) purchased from June 1, 2024, onwards will receive a 5-year warranty.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?
ViewSonic guarantees that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period, ViewSonic will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a similar one. Is the warranty retroactive for previously purchased products?
No, the warranty only applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2024.

I bought my devices before June 1, 2024, but only received them after the cut-off date.What warranty coverage do I have?
The invoice date determines eligibility for the 5-year warranty. Since your invoice date is before June 1, 2024, the 4-year warranty still applies.

How do I make a warranty claim?
You can make a warranty claim by contacting ViewSonic customer service and presenting your end customer invoice.

No, there are no additional costs for warranty services.

How does the advance replacement work?
ViewSonic will exchange the defective device for an equivalent replacement within the warranty period. You can find more details about the advance exchange service in the Terms and Conditions.
Which invoice is required for a warranty claim: the dealer's invoice or the end customer's invoice?
In the event of a warranty claim, the end customer's invoice is required.
