LAS VEGAS (Jan. 6, 2015) – ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solution products, introduces the LightStream™ Line of Projectors at CES 2015 in Las Vegas. The LightStream Line features SuperColor™ for higher brightness levels and a more true-to-life color experience in a sleek new form factor.
All LightStream projectors include ViewSonic’s unique SuperColor color wheel design, which delivers higher brightness levels and a wider range of true-to-life colors for an immersive viewing experience in any lighting condition. The LightStream Line of projectors deliver 3000 to 4000 lumens making them ideal for settings that need higher levels of brightness from classrooms, boardrooms to home entertainment. With SVGA, XGA and WXGA resolutions and 15,000:1 contrast levels, LightStream projectors ensure crisp and clear images.
The LightStream Line features a new user-friendly tactile keypad design that allows users to easily operate the projector without complicated on-screen display menus. A new on-screen Presentation-Timer option ensures all your presentations stay on time. The smart form factor design includes an easy-access lamp door and an optional cable management hood for reduced clutter. A 10,000-hour lamp life lowers the total cost of operation in heavy-use environments from classrooms to boardrooms.

All new LightStream projectors feature an intuitive remote design that ensures simple and reliable operation. The new remote features a unique “My Button” control that configures to a user’s or installer’s preferred setting with one simple click. The user-friendly remote also accepts multiple codes so an installer has the flexibility to operate up to eight projectors in the same room with a single remote.
An affordable alternative for large screen TVs and displays, the LightStream PJD5 Value Series of Projectors are the first of the LightStream Line of Projectors to be introduced at CES 2015. The price-competitive LightStream PJD5 Value Series provides 3200 lumens of brightness and features the same smart technologies as all LightStream digital projectors - making it ideal for price-conscious educational and business environments. The Value Series features a sleek design and advanced SuperColor technology to deliver excellent color and more brightness than ever possible in this class of projector.
The new LightStream PJD5 Value Series of Projectors include the PJD5153, PJD5555w, PJD5155, PJD5255, PJD5155L, PJD5255L, and PJD5350Ls. All will be available in Q1 2015 with MSRPs ranging from (USD) $399.00 to $699.00.
