Beperkte garantie van ViewSonic®
ViewSonic garandeert dat haar producten vrij zijn van materiaal- en fabricagefouten gedurende de garantieperiode. Als een product defecten in materiaal of vakmanschap blijkt te vertonen tijdens de garantieperiode, zal ViewSonic, naar eigen keuze, het product repareren of vervangen door een vergelijkbaar product. Vervangend product of onderdelen kunnen opnieuw vervaardigde of gereviseerde onderdelen of componenten bevatten.

For information on obtaining warranty service, call your ViewSonic dealer or ViewSonic Call Desk / Service Provider or ViewSonic; refer to the Contact Us page located in each country's corresponding website:
Voor het verkrijgen van garantieservice moet u het volgende verstrekken:
- De originele gedateerde verkoopbon. (Factuur of aankoopbewijs)
- Uw naam.
- Uw adres.
- Het serienummer, IMEI-nummer en modelnummer van het product.
- Een beschrijving van het probleem.
- Mobile and wireless products and All-in-One, customers should provide the username and the password in order to access the device and perform warranty service.
Voor DOA-aanmeldingen is naast het bovenstaande ook het volgende vereist:
- Een foto van het defect.
- Een foto van het serienummer van het apparaat met de streepjescode.
- Een foto van de staat van de originele verpakking.
Neem voor aanvullende informatie of de naam van het dichtstbijzijnde ViewSonic servicecentrum contact op met uw ViewSonic-dealer of ViewSonic.
Als de garantie op uw product al is verlopen:
In case your product is no longer within its warranty period, but you'd like to have it repaired, you can still contact our Call Desk or Repair Center in your country of residence, but you will be charged directly by our Repair Center on the service.
