Succeeding the best-selling CDE30 Series, the new CDE31 Series is designed to offer an advanced display experience with long-term reliability. It runs on Android 14, with a planned upgrade path to Android 16. Leveraging Android’s enterprise-grade security, it also features a powerful quad-core SoC and 8GB of solid-state RAM to deliver smooth, high-performance operation. Enabled by this robust configuration, the CDE31 Series powers up in just 7 seconds, minimising delays at the start of meetings, presentations, and scheduled signage.
Delivering vivid 4K UHD visuals at 500 nits of brightness and available in screen sizes from 43" to 98", the CDE31 Series delivers immersive visuals in a broad range of professional environments. An integrated USB Auto-Play feature with automatic signal failover and 24/7 system uptime ensures reliable content playback, even without an external media player, supporting uninterrupted operation across industries.

The CDE31 Series offers out-of-the-box compatibility with Crestron Connected®, AMX®, Extron®, and Q-SYS®. It simplifies integration into enterprise AV ecosystems and streamlines system control across multiple rooms and locations, enhancing scalability and minimising setup complexities.
Digital signage applications also benefit from simplified content scheduling via partnerships with top CMS providers, including AppSpace, Navori, NoviSign, and Revel Digital. This eliminates the need for external players while enabling real-time updates. Built-in ViewSonic Manager software further facilitates remote device management, enabling teams to centrally monitor device health, push updates, and broadcast messages across networks of deployed displays, reducing maintenance efforts and enhancing operational efficiency.

AirSync also supports grouped display mode to enhance visibility in large venues or to synchronise content across displays on the same network, even when located in separate rooms.
