Bonus Level Promotion Agreement
- Campaign Period
The promotion runs from October 20 to December 31, 2025, or until the free gifts run out, whichever happens first. To be eligible, you must purchase a qualifying ViewSonic product during this time. Redemption period is open until January 15, 2026.
- Eligibility
This promotion is only open to residents of the Philippines.
- Eligible Models
Please check the event page for a list of participating models.
- Valid for Consumers
This offer is exclusively for end-users, or consumers, not for resellers or businesses.
- Redemption Process
To redeem your gift, you must complete the request form and upload a clear photo of your purchase invoice. The invoice date must be within the campaign period.
- Three Redemptions per Person
You can only claim three gifts per person. If the product you bought is used and the original owner has already redeemed a gift, you will not be eligible. Any attempt to submit more than one application will result in disqualification at ViewSonic’s discretion. ViewSonic International Corporation will not be held responsible for any losses incurred from such attempts.
- Invoice Requirements
The photo of your invoice and product box must clearly show the store name, invoice number, and purchase date. If the image is unclear, ViewSonic International Corporation may reject your redemption.
- Review Time
Once we receive your complete request, our team will review it. This process typically takes up to 30 business days.
- Gift Delivery
If your request is approved, your gift will be sent via email redemption.
- Limitation of Liability
ViewSonic's liability for any losses or damage under these terms is limited to the actual amount you paid for the ViewSonic product. ViewSonic International Corporation is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
- Right to Modify
ViewSonic reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the event website.
- Right to Cancel
ViewSonic International Corporation also reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, the Republic of China. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Taipei District Court in Taiwan.
