Only selected ViewSonic gaming monitor models are eligible for this promotion. Please refer to the campaign page for the complete list of participating products.

This promotion is valid only for end-users/consumers. Purchases made by resellers, distributors, dealers, or businesses are not eligible.

To claim your reward, you must complete the online redemption form and upload all required documents, including a clear copy of your purchase invoice. The invoice date must fall within the campaign period. ViewSonic reserves the right to reject any redemption request if the submitted documents are incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear.

All redemption requests are subject to verification. Processing may take up to 40 business days from the date a complete submission is received.

Approved rewards will be delivered as follows:

Steam Wallet Codes will be sent to the registered email address.

OVO, DANA, or GoPay e-Money rewards will be transferred to the registered account. A payment confirmation or proof of transfer will be sent to the recipient via email.

Any administrative, transfer, or transaction fees associated with OVO, DANA, or GoPay reward transfers shall be borne by the recipient.

ViewSonic’s liability under this promotion shall be limited to the purchase price of the eligible ViewSonic product. ViewSonic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits.

ViewSonic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, the Republic of China. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Taipei District Court in Taiwan.
