The ClassSwift Hub is a web-based platform that helps teachers and administrators manage classes, monitor lesson data, and review usage insights. It connects seamlessly with the ClassSwift App, ensuring that all class information, student data, and quiz results are synchronized.

This article provides an overview of the two available Hub views, one for teachers and one for administrators  and explains which features are accessible in each.

Teacher View

The Teacher View focuses on classroom management, student engagement, and lesson insights. Teachers can use the Hub to organize class information, view lesson data, and access saved quizzes from the app.

Main Features:

• My Class Page – Manage your classes, view class capacity, and access in-class tools. Inside the My Class Page, the user will find In-Class Tabsto access additional tools after selecting a class:
  • Student List – View and manage enrolled students.
  • Group List – Organize students into activity groups.
  • Lesson Records – Review attendance, activity logs, and results.
  • Lesson Insights (AI) – View participation analytics and trends.
• Add Class – Create new classes or import existing ones.
• Roster Students via Google Classroom – Sync student lists from Google Classroom.
• Quiz Collection (Hub) – Manage multiple-choice and true/false quizzes saved from the ClassSwift App (up to 5 quizzes under the Lite Plan).
• Plan – View or upgrade your teacher plan.
• Settings – See your account detail.

Admin View

The Admin View is designed for school or organization administrators to monitor overall usage and manage accounts, licenses, and subscription plans.

Main Features:

• Usage Data – View teacher and student activity summaries.
• Teacher List – Assign seats for the teachers.
• Plan Management – View and upgrade your organization’s plan.
• Settings – See your role and connect to learning management platform e.g ClassLink or Canva.

Some features are available to both Teachers and Admins:

• Plan Page & Settings.

Tip

If you’re unsure which Hub view you have access to:

• Teachers typically see “My Class” and “Quiz Collection” in the sidebar.
• Admins see “Usage Data”, “Teacher List”, and “Plan Management.”
