What should I do if my VB-CAM-201 is not working properly after a Windows update?

  1. Connect the VB-CAM-201 to the computer.

  2. Select Start and enter "device manager". Then, select Device Manager from the search results.

  3. Find VB-CAM-201 on the device list.

  4. Uninstall and then unplug VB-CAM-201.

  5. Reconnect VB-CAM-201 and test it again.
