Connect the VB-CAM-201 to the computer.
Select Start and enter "device manager". Then, select Device Manager from the search results.
Find VB-CAM-201 on the device list.
Uninstall and then unplug VB-CAM-201.
Reconnect VB-CAM-201 and test it again.
