Troubleshooting Steps:
LED is OFF: Ensure the power cable is firmly seated and the physical power switch (if available) is turned on. Try a different wall outlet.
LED is Amber / Blinking: The monitor has power but no signal detected. Proceed to Step 2.
LED is Blue / White: The monitor is active. If the screen is still black, check brightness settings or your PC's graphics card.
Unplug and re-plug the video cable (HDMI / DP / USB-C).
Bypass Adapters: Remove any docking stations or converters and use a direct cable connection for testing.
Cross-Test: Connect the monitor to another device or try a different cable to rule out hardware failure.
