If users encounter a “sign-in error” when trying to log in to Whiteboard, please contact the school's IT for assistance. 

This mechanism is by design. myViewBoard Suite allows Entity admin users (normally the school's IT) to control Whiteboard features such as Sign-in, Auto-logout Time, Embedded Browser, etc; the school's IT can set the templates from Entity Management > Software Instance and users will encounter the change instantaneously.
