The 5-year warranty starts on June 1, 2024.
All ViewSonic monitors in the VG series (business monitors) purchased from June 1, 2024, onwards will receive a 5-year warranty.
ViewSonic guarantees that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period, ViewSonic will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a similar one. No, the warranty only applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2024.
The invoice date determines eligibility for the 5-year warranty. Since your invoice date is before June 1, 2024, the 4-year warranty still applies.
You can make a warranty claim by contacting ViewSonic customer service and presenting your end customer invoice.
No, there are no additional costs for warranty services.
ViewSonic will exchange the defective device for an equivalent replacement within the warranty period. You can find more details about the advance exchange service in the Terms and Conditions.

ViewSonic is not liable for any technical issue relating to hardware, software, server, internet, or website that prevents the customer from registering the warranty extension or claim.
ViewSonic reserves the right to review all requests to ensure the terms and conditions are met and will request additional information if necessary regarding claims and supporting documents.
All materials submitted for the warranty extension will be the property of ViewSonic and cannot be returned.
Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent claims will invalidate the product warranty, and ViewSonic will reserve the right to make any prosecution necessary.
