All ViewSonic monitors in the VG series (business monitors) purchased from June 1, 2024, onwards will receive a 5-year warranty.
ViewSonic guarantees that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period, ViewSonic will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a similar one. All materials submitted for the warranty extension will be the property of ViewSonic and cannot be returned.
Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent claims will invalidate the product warranty, and ViewSonic will reserve the right to make any prosecution necessary.
