What to do if the image is too dim from the projector?

1.Please increase the Contrast and Brightness in OSD menu.   2.Check the light source level and make sure it’s on Full or Normal.   3.Turn off or reduce environmental luminance where the projector is in use.

Why a black border on the top/bottom or sides of the image from the projector?

Please check below:   1.Plesae refer to the user guide and adjust Aspect ratio with example below.   2. It could be the format of the movie since not all movies are formatted in 16:9. Some are formatted wider than 16:9 which will create black borders on the top and bottom of the screen.

Why Can't I Power Off the Projector via its Remote Control?

For Models: PA/PG/PX Series “Power On” and “Power Off” are separated as two (2) different buttons on the remote control. This is different from the PJD series.
