1. You need to switch the Standby Mode to "Sleep" On IFP50. Please refer to this FAQ if you can not switch to this mode. 2. You can now use RS232 LAN command to power On/Off the IFP50 series.

ViewBoard 2.1 supports English and Simplified Chinese hand recognition, you need to download English or Simplified Chinese Handwriting to Windows first.

ViewBoard Lite cannot import SVG file successfully, how can I do?

It is software limitation, ViewBoard Lite only can import SVG file that created by itself. 

How to wake up IFP7560 from Sleep mode when connected to notebook?

There are some suggestions:   1.If IFP is under Sleep mode, please re-plug HDMI cable.   2.If IFP is on, turn windows to Hibernation (S4) mode, then IFP to Sleep mode. Wake up notebook then IFP will be awaken.

You can remotely control IFP with RS232 cable or Lan cable by ViewSonic vController.   <Note> To power on via Lan may work by model wise and needs to set IFP standby mode to sleep. Please check specification and UG if it supports.
