Bluetooth latency is caused by signal processing and interference. You can minimize it by adjusting Lip Sync settings, reducing distance, or switching to a wired connection.
Optimization Steps:
Adjust Sync Settings: Locate the [Audio Delay] or [Lip Sync] option in your playback app (e.g., VLC, YouTube) or source device (e.g., Fire Stick) to manually compensate.
Shorten the Distance: Place the Bluetooth speaker within 2 meters of the projector, ensuring a clear line of sight.
Reduce Interference: Turn off unnecessary Bluetooth devices nearby and keep the projector away from active Wi-Fi routers (as they share the 2.4GHz spectrum).
Codec Check: Verify if your speaker supports low-latency codecs (like aptX LL); otherwise, it may default to the high-latency SBC format.
Notes:
Tip: For activities requiring perfect sync (like gaming or action movies), we recommend using a 3.5mm audio cable or HDMI (ARC). This reduces latency to an imperceptible 5-10ms.
