Riparabilità
To promote longer product lifecycles and reduce electronic waste, we prioritize convenient maintenance and repair options for our customers. This involves designing products with easily replaceable components, partnering with electronic repair and refurbishment specialists, and offering extended warranty periods. We ensure availability of spare parts for 10 years from when ViewSonic last distributed the product for sale, providing easy access to components needed for repairs. Through these initiatives, we empower our customers to make sustainable choices.

User Guide, Technical Documents, DRIVER & SOFTWARE are available to download for at least 10 years from when ViewSonic last distributed the product for sale via Download Center.
Extended Warranty
We extend product life by ensuring our products are durable and repairable. Our Displays and Projectors come with a minimum of 5 years of supported product lifetime, including free warranty coverage and an option to purchase an extended warranty. To check your product’s warranty coverage, please visit our Check Warranty page. Make sure your product Serial Number (S/N) and Purchase Invoice are valid. To purchase an extended warranty, please contact your seller directly or email vseasp@viewsonic.com with your product Serial Number (S/N) and Purchase Invoice. Please note that extended warranties must be purchased within 90 days of the invoice date.
Note: TCO Product warranties: For all ViewSonic displays certified with TCO Certified generation 10: We offer at least 2 years of warranty included free of charge, plus additional years of extended warranty, so the total warranty can be at least 5 years. An extended warranty is possible to purchase together with the product, for the maximum cost of 15% of MSRP per year.
End-of-Life (EOL) & End-of-Service (EOS) Policy
- End-of-Life (EOL): The date when a product is permanently removed from active sales.
- End-of-Service (EOS): The date when technical support, repairs, and updates are discontinued.
