For some VP models, the Energy Saving Mode is On by default. Once turned Off, the brightness level can be adjusted to max and color calibrations can be selected.

The serial number can usually be found on the back or bottom of your product and is either 10 or 12 digits long. The serial number can also be found on the original box of the unit.

Why can't the VX3258-PC-MHD output more than 60Hz when connected to PS5?
