Can I broadcast my main display to multiple other screens?
Yes. With Display Grouping, AirSync lets you broadcast your main display to up to 10 networked ViewSonic displays simultaneously. It’s ideal for large spaces like boardrooms, town halls, and training rooms. Each session lasts 3 hours by default and can be extended up to 9 hours.

Is AirSync secure for corporate use?
Yes. AirSync uses end-to-end encryption (E2EE) and secure network protocols to protect shared content, allowing only authorized users to present, while Moderator Mode lets IT admins or meeting hosts approve who can share, ensuring a secure and controlled business environment.

Can guests share their screens without connecting to the corporate network?
Yes. Guests can share their screens using AirSync Web Sender without joining the corporate network, enabling secure wireless presentations while keeping internal systems protected.

Can IT admins centrally manage AirSync across multiple rooms?
Yes. ViewSonic Manager lets IT admins configure AirSync settings remotely, without needing to go on-site or access each device in person. From a centralized dashboard, teams can change device names to simplify grouping, enable or disable screen mirroring, and (starting September 2025) set a password to lock AirSync settings.

What types of network connections does AirSync support?
AirSync supports both LAN (local network) and Internet Mode. In LAN Mode, screen sharing requires devices to be on the same network and does not support Web Sender. In Internet Mode, both Web Sender and AirSync Sender can connect and share content across networks.

Can I share sound along with my screen using AirSync?
Yes. AirSync supports audio sharing when using the AirSync Sender app, as well as through AirPlay, Google Cast, and Miracast. macOS users need to install a virtual audio driver to enable audio playback during screen sharing.
