What to do when the screen image is pixelated or blurry?

Blurry images are typically caused by an incorrect resolution or scaling setting. Ensure your computer is set to the monitor's Native Resolution.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Set to Native Resolution:

    • Windows: Right-click desktop > [Display settings] > [Display resolution]. Choose the one labeled (Recommended).

    • macOS: Go to [System Settings] > [Displays] and select [Default for display].

  2. Adjust Scaling Settings:

    • If text is too small or appears "fuzzy," adjust [Scale and layout] (Windows) or [Scaled] (macOS).

    • Stick to standard increments (e.g., 100%, 125%, 150%) for the crispest rendering.

  3. Check Hardware Connections:

    • Avoid using VGA cables if possible. Switch to HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C for a pure digital signal that eliminates analog noise.

    • Use the OSD menu to perform a [Memory Recall] to reset image processing.

Important Notes:

  • Tip: Running a monitor at a non-native resolution forces the display to interpolate pixels, which inherently causes blurriness.

  • Note: For Windows users, running the "ClearType Text Tuner" can also significantly improve text clarity.
