- The original dated sales slip
- Your name / address
- The serial number of the product
- A description of the problem

DOA definition
- For any ViewSonic’s product fails within 7 days from purchase date with the proof of original receipt or invoice.
- ViewSonic will provide 1 to 1 Replacement to end users based on the product’s warranty policy after product been verified by contacting ViewSonic Authorized Service Providers
- Product must be in full packaging & without any physical damage on the product.
- If the return unit is NDF( No Defect Found), ViewSonic will reserve the right to return the original unit to End User.
LCD Dead PIXEL CRITERIA
- 17" - 19" LCD's at 2 Bright Sub Pixels, 1 Dark Sub-Pixel or a combination of 3.
- 20" & above LCD's at 3 Dark Sub-Pixel or a combination of 5.
