If you’re unable to touch or drag the ClassSwift toolbar, it’s usually because your extended display (external monitor or touchscreen) hasn’t been properly connected or recognized. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue. 

Steps to Fix the Issue 

1. Connect your extended display device (such as a touchscreen or projector) before opening ClassSwift. Make sure the external display is fully connected and detected by your computer. You can check your system display settings to confirm that the screen and touch input are working properly.
2. After connecting the device, open ClassSwift. If you connected the display after launching ClassSwift, we recommend restarting the ClassSwift application so it can properly detect the new touch-enabled device. 

Tips 

After completing these steps, you should be able to touch and drag the ClassSwift toolbar normally.
