ViewSonic products are protected by one of the industry’s best pixel performance policies, and are warranted for three (3) years from the date of first consumer purchase for parts and labor.

If you’d like coverage beyond the standard 3-year limited warranty, you can extend protection for up to 7 years in total.

If you need coverage beyond your initial 3-year limited warranty, you may also purchase up to 7 years of additional extended coverage.

Refurbished Warranties

ViewSonic offers a limited warranty on refurbished products. “B” Grade products have a 90-day warranty (30 days for large format displays, ViewBoard displays, digital kiosks, and media players). “C” Grade products include 14-day DOA coverage from the shipment date, with no additional warranty beyond that period.
