Entries must adhere to Instagram’s terms of use, available at www.Instagram.com. This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Your participation provides your information to ViewSonic (including any affiliate companies of ViewSonic) and not to Instagram.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Challenge runs from the moment of announcement until July 15, 2025 23:59 (PST). Submissions after this period will be excluded.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals aged 18+ worldwide, ViewSonic is not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Participants are allowed multiple submissions; however, each must be a unique piece of artwork.
HOW TO ENTER:
Participants must:
1.Follow @ColorPro on Instagram.
2.Download the provided template or 3D model assets.
3.Create an original digital artwork.
4.Post the artwork on Instagram, tagging @ColorPro and using #CreateWithColorPro. Ensure each submission highlights creativity and originality through its distinctiveness.
5.Make sure your account is set to public so we can view your submissions.
WINNER SELECTION: The winners will be judged on creativity, originality, technique, and theme adherence. The winners will be announced on ColorPro's Instagram within 1 month of the Challenge's end and will be contacted for prize distribution.
PRIZE: Winners receive a ColorPro VP2756A. Prizes are non-transferable with no cash alternative. To be considered as one of the top three finalists, proof of originality is required. This proof should include editable files from the contestant’s design software, creative process documentation, and/or screenshots.
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Within 1 month of this Challenge’s end date, ViewSonic will notify the potential prize winner(s) via IG direct messaging. Before being declared as the prize winner(s), the potential prize winner(s) will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment (“Affidavit”). The potential prize winner(s) must return a fully executed and notarized Affidavit to ViewSonic within seven (7) calendar days, or the Prize may (in ViewSonic’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the terms and conditions herein, declines to accept a prize, or if the potential prize winner fails to return an executed and notarized Affidavit within the seven (7) calendar day deadline (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited. The forfeited prizes may be awarded to alternate winners as determined by ViewSonic at its sole discretion. ViewSonic shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, ViewSonic is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded at ViewSonic’s sole discretion.
THE PRIZE WINNER MAY BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER. ViewSonic will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above. However, ViewSonic is not responsible for any undelivered emails or IG messages, including without limitation emails or IG accounts that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings, which may divert any email or IG message, including any winner notification email or IG message, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded at ViewSonic’s sole discretion. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by ViewSonic, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure, at ViewSonic’s sole and absolute discretion. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. The prize will only be awarded to a verified winner.
PUBLICITY: By entering, you consent to ColorPro's use of your name, artwork, and submission details for promotional purposes.
GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. ViewSonic reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify entries that do not comply or are offensive.
DISPUTES: THIS CHALLENGE AND ANY DISPUTE ARISING THEREUNDER IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED SOLELY UNDER THE LAWS OF TAIWAN AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE NEW TAIPEI DISTRICT COURT OF TAIWAN. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR VIEWSONIC AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS FROM THE END OF THE CHALLENGE PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ViewSonic is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation, acceptance, or use of the prize.
PRIVACY POLICY: Any information collected during an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion will be collected by ViewSonic and used by ViewSonic and its affiliate companies and their respective agents or service providers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of this Challenge as described herein under ViewSonic’s Privacy Policy as stated at https://www.ViewSonic.com/privacy-policy
Notwithstanding the aforesaid, every entrant’s first name, last name, email address, and IG username may be shared with ViewSonic’s affiliate companies and their respective agents or service providers for any subsequent notification. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that by participating in this Promotion, their aforesaid personal info will be collected and shared in the aforesaid way.
ALL ORIGINAL WORK BY ENTRANT: Each Entrant hereby represents, covenants and warrants that the Entrant will independently produce, provide, complete and deliver the artwork for this Challenge and the material contained in the Entrant’s entry for this Challenge (such as photos and/or videos) via the Entrant’s original work, free of plagiarism or infringement of any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of any third party, and that the copyright owner of the aforesaid work the material belongs solely to the Entrant (“Entrant’s Covenant”). Each Entrant further represents, covenants, and warrants that the Entrant will cooperate with ViewSonic and shall immediately defend and indemnify ViewSonic at the Entrant’s sole costs in the event of any breach of the Entrant’s Covenant or the event that any complaints, claims, or litigations should arise claiming that the Entrant’s aforesaid work and material, in whole or in part, infringe any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of any third party. For clarification, if the aforesaid artwork and material includes any music, song performance, or postproduction element, the aforesaid element does not need to be the original work of the Entrant. However, the Entrant shall ensure and hereby represents, covenants, and warrants that the aforesaid element has been under lawful licenses from all related copyright owners, enabling the Entrant’s entry for this Challenge and enabling all further uses by ViewSonic for the Challenge without the need of any additional license from the copyright owner.
CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the fair operation of this Challenge may lead to disqualification and legal action. ViewSonic reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate this Challenge at its sole discretion. This includes the right to judge each entrant's qualifications and their artwork, and to select the winners at any time without further notice.
