To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, such sponsors or partners shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Challenge or the acceptance or use of any prize.
Entries must adhere to Instagram’s terms of use, available at www.Instagram.com. This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Your participation provides your information to ViewSonic (including any affiliate companies of ViewSonic) and not to Instagram.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Challenge submission phase runs from September 14, 2026, at 20:00 (PT) until November 13, 2026, at 23:59 (PT). Submissions after the November 13 deadline period will be excluded. ViewSonic reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Challenge period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be judged by a panel consisting of influencer expertise combined with the ColorPro team. Entries will be judged on creative vision, technical execution, and presentation. The final winner will be announced on ColorPro’s Instagram within approximately one month of the Challenge’s end date, and winner will be contacted directly via direct messaging for prize distribution. All decisions made by ViewSonic regarding the Challenge, judging process, finalist selection, and winner determination are final, binding, and non-negotiable.
PRIZE: Winner will receive one ViewSonic ColorPro VP2788-5K, one Lexar CFexpress Type B or Type A GOLD 2TB, one Workflow Type B or Type A card reader, one Calibrite ColorChecker Classic. Prizes are non-transferable with no cash alternative.
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Following the official winner announcement, ViewSonic will notify the potential prize winner via Instagram direct messaging. Before being declared as the prize winner, the potential prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment (“Affidavit”). Depending on the shipping origin and destination, winners may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges associated with delivery of the Prize. The potential prize winner must return a fully executed Affidavit to ViewSonic within seven (7) calendar days, or the Prize may (in ViewSonic’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the terms and conditions herein, declines to accept a prize, or if the potential prize winner fails to return an executed Affidavit within the seven (7) calendar day deadline (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited. The forfeited prizes may be awarded to alternate winner as determined by ViewSonic at its sole discretion. ViewSonic shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, ViewSonic is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded at ViewSonic’s sole discretion.
For U.S. winners, where required by applicable law, the winner may be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes and may be required to provide a Social Security Number or other applicable tax identification information. Non-U.S. winners may be required to provide applicable tax information or documentation as required by the laws applicable to the award of the prize. If a winner fails or refuses to provide any required tax information or documentation, the prize may be forfeited where necessary to comply with applicable law. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER. ViewSonic will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above. However, ViewSonic is not responsible for any undelivered emails or Instagram messages, including without limitation emails or Instagram accounts that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings, which may divert any email or Instagram message, including any winner notification email or Instagram message, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded at ViewSonic’s sole discretion. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by ViewSonic, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value or provide a cash alternative in case of unavailability of a prize, shipping delays, or force majeure, at ViewSonic’s sole and absolute discretion. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. The prize will only be awarded to a verified winner.
PUBLICITY: By entering, you consent to ColorPro’s use of your name, artwork, Instagram username, and submission details for promotional purposes. Participants acknowledge that submitted entries may be reposted, shared, published, or otherwise used across ViewSonic’s social media channels, websites, promotional materials, and marketing communications without additional compensation.
一般條款： 參賽即代表參賽者同意本條款與細則。ViewSonic 保留自行決定取消任何合理懷疑有欺詐行為、操縱投票、抄襲、侵犯著作權，或可能損害本挑戰賽公正性之行為的參賽者資格之權利。ViewSonic 保留核實任何參賽作品之參賽資格與原創性的權利，並得自行決定要求提供額外的證明材料。
爭議處理： 本挑戰賽及由此產生的任何爭議均受台灣法律管轄並依其解釋，且應以台灣新北地方法院為專屬管轄法院。任何索賠的救濟應僅限於實際損害，在任何情況下，任何一方均無權要求懲罰性、懲戒性、間接性、附帶性、特別或間接之損害賠償，或使損害賠償加倍或以其他方式增加（包括律師費或其他提出索賠的相關費用），亦不得撤銷本協議、尋求禁令或任何其他衡平法上的救濟。參賽者同意，任何參賽者及/或 ViewSonic 及/或任何其他方的權利與義務均應單獨解決，而不訴諸任何形式的集體訴訟。任何仲裁要求必須在挑戰賽活動期間結束後三 (3) 個月內提出，否則該訴訟事由將永久喪失。
責任限制： ViewSonic 對於因參賽、接受或使用獎項而導致的任何損害、損失或人身傷害概不負責。對於因網路故障、軟體問題、未經授權的干預或超出其合理控制範圍的電子傳輸錯誤，而導致參賽作品遺失、損壞、延遲、不完整、誤投或技術故障，ViewSonic 概不負責。參賽者同意免除 ViewSonic 及其關係企業因參與本挑戰賽，或接受和使用任何獎項而產生的任何索賠、損害、責任、成本或費用的法律責任，並使其免受損害。
PRIVACY POLICY: Any information collected during an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion will be collected by ViewSonic and used by ViewSonic and its affiliate companies and their respective agents or service providers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of this Challenge as described herein under ViewSonic’s Privacy Policy as stated at https://www.ViewSonic.com/privacy-policy

RAW FILE LICENSE AND ORIGINALITY: The RAW videos provided are the exclusive property of ColorPro and are licensed to the participant for the sole purpose of this contest. They may not be used for commercial gain, commercial licensing, resale, redistribution outside of this Challenge, or personal professional portfolios. All post-processing, color grading, and videography adjustments must be the entrant’s own original work. The final creative output must reflect the participant’s individual post-processing skill. Participants must disclose any VFX, compositing, sky replacement, object removal, or AI-generated elements used in their submission. Each Entrant hereby represents, covenants and warrants that the Entrant will independently produce the submission free of plagiarism or infringement of any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of any third party. Each Entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ViewSonic at the Entrant’s sole costs in the event of any breach of this covenant or if any complaints arise claiming the entry infringes any third-party rights. By submitting an entry, participants grant ColorPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to feature and distribute the submitted edits and settings screenshots across official social media channels, websites, and global marketing materials with full credit attributed, without additional compensation or approval rights for the ColorProWithMe 2026 Video Color Challenge.
取消或修改活動： 若本挑戰賽因技術故障、不可抗力事件、欺詐、法律限制或超出其合理控制範圍的任何原因而無法按計劃進行，ViewSonic 保留隨時取消、暫停、修改或終止本挑戰賽的權利。本條款與細則的任何更新或修改將透過 ColorPro 官方管道正式宣布，參賽者有責任自行查看此類更新。
CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the fair operation of this Challenge may lead to disqualification and legal action. ViewSonic reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate this Challenge at its sole discretion. This includes the right to judge each entrant’s qualifications and their artwork, and to select the winner at any time without further notice.
