In 2005, Fiona decided to put her corporate career in the oil & gas industry on hold to pursue her love for the art full time and established FIFOTO Photography. Comprised of a team of 6 photographers, FIFOTO covers events, portraits, weddings and commercial work and maintains an impressive client portfolio including Zurich Insurance, RT+Q Architects, Royal Selangor, H&M, FJ Benjamin, DVF, FAM (Football Association Malaysia), Ambong-Ambong Resort, Focus Point, Zain & Co Law Firm, Milk PR, Pernod Ricard, Nike, Avilion Resort Group and TBWA just to name a few.

In 2010, Fiona was awarded “Female Photographer of the Year” by WPPM (Weddings & Portraits Photographer Malaysia). Since then, she has been invited to be a guest judge for WPPM and WPPA (Weddings & Portraits Photographer Asia)’s photography competition for several years. In 2015, Fiona appeared as a guest judge for the finale episode on Samsung NX Academy’s web reality show. This year, she has had the opportunity to be a guest judge on the Malaysian episode of Canon's Photo Face-Off (Season 4) on the History channel and was one of the panel judges for Canon Malaysia's Photomarathon 2017.
