Having Trouble Finding the QR Sharing Icon (QR code)?

1. Please verify your default cloud drive is bound to myViewBoard.com.

  • Periodically cloud drive connection might be lost and require the user to re-establish connection again.

If you have not yet bound any cloud drive, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to www.myviewboard.com.

2. Please bind a default cloud drive under “myViewBoard - FollowMe AI”.

3. Under “Cloud Integration”, please select a service from the “Cloud Storage” list to bind and set as your default cloud storage.
