Processing time is the period between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped. Processing time includes account procedures, inventory levels, and warehouse management for picking and packaging processes. All in-stock orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow one to two business days for processing unless specified. There will be instances during the year where processing maybe delayed, such as year-end processing.

In-stock are shipped daily, Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays). Please allow one to two business days for processing prior to shipment, depending on the time of day and season (the holiday season may cause delays in order processing).
How long will it take for delivery? Back to top
Delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time with the shipping method you have chosen. ViewSonic.com does not ship or deliver orders on weekends. When calculating your delivery time, do not include weekend days or holidays.
I live outside of the continental United States. Can I order from ViewSonic.com? Back to top
ViewSonic.com does not accept international credit cards at this time. We can only ship to an address within the United States and Canada.
Does ViewSonic.com ship to P.O. Box? Back to top
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or, at ViewSonic’s sole discretion, to third party addresses for a Shipping Cargo Container or Express Courier Service.
How do I track my Shipment? Back to top
ViewSonic.com will send an email to you when the order has been shipped. The tracking code provided in the email can be used to be entered on the delivery service's website. Order status is also avialble in your ViewSonic.com account, if you created an account at the time of your order. To log into your ViewSonic.com account, click here: https://www.viewsonic.com/us/customer/account/login/
Once logged in, click on the "View Order" link relative to your order. If tracking information is available, a "Shipments" tab will be displayed next to the "About this Order" section.

California: An e-waste Recycling Fee may apply to your purchase or lease of a new or refurbished ViewSonic product. Per California Electronics Waste Recovery Act of 2003(SB 20/SB50), the law establishes a funding system for the collection and recycling of certain electronic products. The advanced recycling fees are collected from consumers at the point of sale or lease of a new or refurbished Covered Electronic Device (CED) that has a screen size of more than 4 inches measured diagonally. All fees collected by ViewSonic are remitted to the Board of Equalization (BOE). This fee is not subject to sales tax.
