Factory Reset
Use the Factory Reset feature to restore the device settings back to factory defaults. This command does not require target devices to be assigned with an Advanced license.

⚠️
Important
Before sending this action, note the following precautions:
- This action can only be applied to one device at a time and will be unavailable if more than one device has been selected.
- This action triggers an automatic force-restart on the target device. Send this action only if you are sure that the target device will not be in use.
- This action cannot be undone. Ensure and double-check that you are sending the command to the correct device.
Perform a Factory Reset
To send the Factory Reset action to registered devices, launch Manager and perform the following:
- Click the Menu to open the side panel.
- Click the Devices option.
- Click the All Devices tab.
- On the device list, click the checkbox of one device you want to reset.
A sidepanel should appear on the right.
- On the sidepanel that appears, scroll down to the following option:

- Click the
.icon to expand the section.
The following popup appears:
- On this popup:
- Type the device name exactly as it appears on the column.
- Click Confirm.
Manager sends the command to the selected device. To verify, interact with the target device and check if the action was applied properly.
Troubleshoot
If the action does not work, check if the target device supports the feature. For more details, refer to the list here:
