Managing Quiz Collections
The Quiz Collection in ClassSwift Hub serves as a centralized library for all your assessment materials. It syncs automatically with quizzes saved from the ClassSwift App, including AI-generated and screenshot-based quizzes, ensuring seamless organization and accessibility.
Organize with folders
To maintain a tidy library, create a folder structure before importing new content.

Create a Folder
Click +New Folder in the Folder List sidebar. -
Name the Folder
Enter a descriptive name and click Create (e.g., "History 101" or "Grade 5 Science"). -
Manage Folders
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to any folder to Rename or Delete it.
Batch Import questions
Quickly upload existing materials directly into the Quiz Collection.

Launch Import
Click the Batch Import button on the Quiz Collection page. -
Upload File
Select a file in JPG, PNG, or PDF format. Ensure these files include supported questions types like True/False, Multiple Choice, and Short Answer. -
Review & Edit
Click the pencil icon (✎) to edit question text, modify options, or set the correct answer. -
Save Questions
Select your preferred folder from the dropdown and click Save All. -
Move or Delete
Click the checkbox on an individual quiz card to move it to another folder or delete it from the library.
Use tags for better insights
Tagging questions helps track student progress and analyze performance.

Add Tags
Click +Tag Standards on an imported question. -
Select Criteria
Choose the Region, Standard From, Subject, and Grade for each question. -
Analyze Data
Tagged questions allow you to identify specific concepts students are struggling with during analysis.
Quick tip
Use the Filter at the top of the Quiz Collection to quickly locate quizzes by category, type, or creation time.
