Batch Quiz Feature

The Batch Quiz feature allows teachers to deliver up to 20 assessment questions in a single sequence. This streamlines the testing process by removing the need to trigger questions individually.

Pre-Requisites

To prepare for launching a batch quiz, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to ClassSwift Hub.
2. Navigate to the Quiz Collection tab.
3. Create a folder and upload your quiz questions. Accepted formats include True/False and Multiple Choice.

Launching a Batch Quiz

To start a batch quiz during a live session, follow these steps:

1. Click the Quiz Collection icon from the main toolbar.
2. Open the folder containing your uploaded quiz content.
3. Click the Batch Quiz button at the top of the window.
4. Select individual questions to include in the session. A blue number will appear, indicating the sequence order.
5. Click the blue Start Quiz button in the top-right corner.

Monitoring and Results

During the quiz, use the following tools to monitor progress and review results:

• Timer: Tracks the duration of the quiz. Click End Quiz to stop the session manually at any time.
• Student View: Sends questions directly to student devices, allowing real-time progress tracking as students submit answers.
• Live Analytics: Displays results upon quiz completion using a Bar Chart:
  1. Green: Correct answers.
  2. Red: Incorrect answers.
  3. Grey: No answer submitted.

To review detailed results, click any bar in the chart. This shows which students selected specific options, enabling immediate feedback and targeted intervention.
