Subscription and Plan Management

The Plan Management page in ClassSwift Hub (Admin View) allows administrators to view, manage, and upgrade their organization’s subscription plan. From this page, admins can monitor plan usage, expiry dates, seat assignments, and available upgrade options.

Overview

Plan Management helps organization administrators track their ClassSwift plan, user allocation, and renewal schedule. Admins can also compare available plan types for both Individual and Entity (School/Organization) accounts.

Plan Information

At the top of the page, you’ll find a summary of your organization’s active plan details:

• Plan Name – Displays the current subscription (e.g., Schools & Districts).
• Expiry Date – Shows when the plan will expire.
• Assigned Users / Available Seats – Indicates how many licenses are in use versus total seats.
• Talk to an Expert – Opens a support channel to contact a ViewSonic representative for plan advice or upgrades.

Tabs in Plan Management

There are two main tabs under the summary section:

1. Online User
   Displays currently active teachers on the system.

2. Purchase History
   Shows past subscription transactions and renewal records.

Plan Comparison Section

Below the summary, you can view plan options available for both Individual and Entity users.

Individual Plans

Designed for individual teachers who manage their own classes.

• Lite (USD 0)

  1. Free plan for up to 35 concurrent students per session.
  2. Includes True/False, Multiple Choice, Poll, and Short Answer quiz types.
  3. Access to instant push and sketch tools.

• ClassSwift (USD 120 / year)

  1. Up to 50 concurrent students per session.
  2. Includes everything in Lite, plus:
  3. Translation Tool (real-time support for ELLs).
  4. Preparation Mode (create and save quizzes in advance).

Entity Plans

Designed for schools and districts that manage multiple teachers under one organizational license.

• Lite (USD 0)

  1. Supports up to 35 concurrent students per session.
  2. Includes essential teaching tools and quiz formats.

• Schools & Districts (Custom Plan)

  1. Up to 50 concurrent students per session.
  2. Includes all Lite features plus:
  3. Translation Tool (real-time ELL support).
  4. Preparation Mode.
  5. Centralized teacher management.
  6. Organization-level analytics.
  7. Shown as Current Plan when active.

Switching or Upgrading Plans

To switch or upgrade your plan, follow these steps:

1. Click Switch to this plan under the desired plan card to change your subscription.
2. If upgrading from an Individual to an Entity plan, contact ViewSonic Support through Talk to an Expert.

Note that plan changes may affect the number of available seats or billing cycle dates.

Tips

• Verify your seat allocation before adding new teachers.
• Use the Purchase History tab to confirm renewal status and payment confirmations.
• Upgrade or renew early if your plan is nearing expiry to avoid access interruptions.
