What to do when no video by using HDMI port?

If you are experiencing problems using HDMI input, suggest do the followings:

 

Please check below on monitor:

 

  1. Make sure the correct HDMI input is selected in OSD.
  2. Turn on the monitor first then PC.

 

Please check below on PC: 

 

  1. Test the monitor on a different computer with a HDMI port.
  1. Replace another HDMI cable.
