Why is the DVLED Display remote control having trouble with sensitivity or not working?

Because the remote control uses infrared transmission, the most common problem related to the remote control is the sensitivity.

Solution

The signal needs to be received by the infrared receiverlocated in the bottom left corner of the DVLED Display.

1. First, verify if the appropriate, fully charged batteries are installed in the remote.

2. Ensure the remote does not have remote lockout engaged

3. Ensure there is no object(s) obstructing the infrared receiver.

4. Distance and Angle are also limiting factors. The recommended distance when using the remote control is within 20 feet, and at an angle that is within 30 degrees of the IR receiver. Adjust accordingly within these thresholds to improve signal transmission.
