Why is my ViewStylus ACP501 not working with my iPad?

The ViewStylus ACP501 does not require Bluetooth pairing. If it’s not working, it is likely due to an active connection with another stylus or the incorrect mode being selected.

Steps:

  1. Switch to iPad Mode: Tap the top of the stylus and ensure the LED indicator is Solid Green.

  2. Disconnect Other Styli: Go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] on your iPad. If an Apple Pencil or other stylus is connected, tap the "i" icon and select [Forget This Device].

  3. Disable "Only Draw with Apple Pencil": Navigate to [Settings] > [Apple Pencil] and toggle off the [Only Draw with Apple Pencil] option.

  4. Start Writing: Use the stylus directly on the screen; you will not find ACP501 in the Bluetooth pairing list.

Notes:

  • Tip: The ACP501 features "Plug-and-Play" technology. As long as it is in the correct mode (Green) and charged, it will work instantly.

  • Note: If the light is "Blue" (Capacitive Mode), palm rejection will not function on iPad devices.
