PROMOTION PERIOD: The Challenge submission phase runs from June 14, 2026, at 20:00 (PT) until August 14, 2026, at 23:59 (PT). Submissions after the August 14 deadline period will be excluded. ViewSonic reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Challenge period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
ELIGIBILITY: The Challenge is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of ViewSonic, its affiliate companies, advertising agencies, production partners, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. ViewSonic is not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Participants are allowed multiple submissions; however, each must be a unique piece of artwork.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be judged by a panel consisting of influencer expertise combined with the ColorPro team. Entries will be evaluated on creativity, technique, theme adherence, and color grading mastery. The final winner will be announced on ColorPro's Instagram within approximately one month of the Challenge's end date, and winner will be contacted directly via direct messaging for prize distribution. All decisions made by ViewSonic regarding the Challenge, judging process, finalist selection, and winner determination are final, binding, and non-negotiable.
PRIZE: Winner will receive a ColorPro VP2788-5K monitor, one Lexar CFexpress Type B SILVER 256B or Type A SILVER 256GB + one SD SILVER Pro 128GB + one RW530 or RW520 card reader, and one Calibrite Color Checker Passport Photo 2. Prizes are non-transferable with no cash alternative. To be considered as a finalist, proof of originality and transparency is required through the submitted settings screenshots.
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Following the official winner announcement, ViewSonic will notify the potential prize winner via Instagram direct messaging. Before being declared as the prize winner, the potential prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and tax acknowledgment (“Affidavit”). The potential prize winner must return a fully executed Affidavit to ViewSonic within seven (7) calendar days, or the Prize may (in ViewSonic’s sole discretion) be forfeited. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the terms and conditions herein, declines to accept a prize, or if the potential prize winner fails to return an executed Affidavit within the seven (7) calendar day deadline (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited. The forfeited prizes may be awarded to alternate winner as determined by ViewSonic at its sole discretion. ViewSonic shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. If, after a good-faith attempt, ViewSonic is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded at ViewSonic’s sole discretion.
THE PRIZE WINNER MAY BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER. ViewSonic will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above. However, ViewSonic is not responsible for any undelivered emails or Instagram messages, including without limitation emails or Instagram accounts that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings, which may divert any email or Instagram message, including any winner notification email or Instagram message, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded at ViewSonic’s sole discretion. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by ViewSonic, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value or provide a cash alternative in case of unavailability of a prize, shipping delays, or force majeure, at ViewSonic’s sole and absolute discretion. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. The prize will only be awarded to a verified winner.
PUBLICITY: By entering, you consent to ColorPro's use of your name, artwork, Instagram username, and submission details for promotional purposes. Participants acknowledge that submitted entries may be reposted, shared, published, or otherwise used across ViewSonic’s social media channels, websites, promotional materials, and marketing communications without additional compensation.
GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions. ViewSonic reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant reasonably suspected of fraudulent behavior, vote manipulation, plagiarism, copyright infringement, or conduct that may damage the integrity of the Challenge. ViewSonic reserves the right to verify the eligibility and originality of any entry and may request additional supporting materials at its sole discretion.
DISPUTES: THIS CHALLENGE AND ANY DISPUTE ARISING THEREUNDER IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED SOLELY UNDER THE LAWS OF TAIWAN AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE NEW TAIPEI DISTRICT COURT OF TAIWAN. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR VIEWSONIC AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS FROM THE END OF THE CHALLENGE PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ViewSonic is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation, acceptance, or use of the prize. ViewSonic shall not be responsible for lost, corrupted, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or technically malfunctioning submissions caused by internet failures, software issues, unauthorized intervention, or electronic transmission errors beyond its reasonable control. Participants agree to release and hold harmless ViewSonic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Challenge or acceptance and use of any prize.
PRIVACY POLICY: Any information collected during an Entrant’s participation in the Promotion will be collected by ViewSonic and used by ViewSonic and its affiliate companies and their respective agents or service providers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of this Challenge as described herein under ViewSonic’s Privacy Policy as stated at https://www.ViewSonic.com/privacy-policy
Notwithstanding the aforesaid, every entrant’s first name, last name, email address, and Instagram username may be shared with ViewSonic’s affiliate companies and their respective agents or service providers for any subsequent notification. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that by participating in this Promotion, their aforesaid personal info will be collected and shared in the aforesaid way.
RAW FILE LICENSE AND ORIGINALITY: The RAW images provided are the exclusive property of ColorPro and are licensed to the participant for the sole purpose of this contest. They may not be used for commercial gain, commercial licensing, resale, redistribution outside of this Challenge, or personal professional portfolios. All post-processing, color grading, and photography adjustments must be the entrant’s own original work. The final creative output must reflect the participant's individual post-processing skill. Entries consisting primarily of AI-generated content without substantial human creative editing, post-processing, and artistic direction may be disqualified at ViewSonic’s sole discretion. Each Entrant hereby represents, covenants and warrants that the Entrant will independently produce the submission free of plagiarism or infringement of any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of any third party. Each Entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ViewSonic at the Entrant’s sole costs in the event of any breach of this covenant or if any complaints arise claiming the entry infringes any third-party rights. By submitting an entry, participants grant ColorPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to feature and distribute the submitted edits and settings screenshots across official social media channels, websites, and global marketing materials with full credit attributed where applicable, without additional compensation or approval rights.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION: ViewSonic reserves the right at any time to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Challenge if the Challenge cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, force majeure events, fraud, legal restrictions, or any causes beyond its reasonable control. Any updates or modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be officially announced through ColorPro channels, and participants are responsible for reviewing such updates.
CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the fair operation of this Challenge may lead to disqualification and legal action. ViewSonic reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate this Challenge at its sole discretion. This includes the right to judge each entrant's qualifications and their artwork, and to select the winner at any time without further notice.
